What’s Going ON ??

Tony Blairtony

Not sure about you but I have had enough of this. A millionaire ex public schoolboy telling us what we need to be doing for the best. That same prat was responsible (with the help of George W Bush) for creating Isis and getting over 150,000 innocent people killed in the process.

MP’s

MP’s on their £76,000 salaries should be FORCED to watch ‘I Daniel Blake’, and see what life is like for a large proportion of the population. They should then sit back and realise ‘I am responsible for this’. Food Banks and zero hours contracts and the results of Globalisation, have turned some sectors of society into groups of people with no hope, and no change for the foreseeable future.

There should be several rules brought in for MP’s

  • No other jobs apart from the one they are paid for as an MP
  • No private education for the children of an MP – if the state school system just isn’t good enough for them, then FIX IT!
  • No Private Health Insurance. If the NHS cannot provide the care you need or the waiting times are just too long, then FIX IT

President Trump

Donald Trump is wildly reviled, as over 2 million people don’t want him to come on a state visit. He is probably not a very nice person. But look at what he believes.

He realises that stopping the mining and burning of coal in the US, is bad for his country. It can be said that the practice does not help in the fight against Global Warming, if you are one of those many people who believe its having an effect. But mining that coal from somewhere else and creating massive Coal Fired Power Stations in another part of the planet, will produce just the same results. I looked out of my window just now and realised that the sky in the UK is exactly the same as the sky in China… they are linked. Has no one else spotted this?

National Debt

Bailing out the banks added 1.5 Trillion to our National Debt. We are having severe austerity imposed on us at the money to try to get the total debt paid off quickly. Surely the banks should be paying off the proportion THEY are responsible for, and the austerity for us should only be for the bits we owe, for imprudent spending in the past.

Things need to change.

We are an island nation, so why the hell do we import fish? We have the best animal welfare rules in the world, so why do we import meat from other countries? We have acres of non productive agricultural land, which our farmers are paid by the EU to keep it that way. End result? At a conservative estimate we have a food security figure of only 60%.

Lets start growing and consuming our own food, and harvesting all our own fish.

Lets make stuff and stop buying cheap Chinese crap. We have created thousands of billionaires in China.

Kids Company, Help is for Heroes – they should not need to exist!

Charities..

When John Major established The National Lottery in 1994 the theory behind it was clear.

In an interview he explained: “My original vision for the Lottery was to fund a renaissance in sport, the arts and our heritage“.  Tony Blair seemed to support the idea of the ‘people’s lottery, but added : “We don’t believe it would be right to use lottery money to pay for things which are the Government’s responsibilities.”

He was right. And so it is with charities.

Kids Company

kids

“At Kids Company we never give up on a child”. The reason they have to do this is presumably because the government has done.

By paying Kids Company large amounts of money it is a way of abrogating their responsibilities and assuaging their guilt.

So £46 million went from the Governments coffers, and I would imagine most of it did a lot of good to a lot of people.

They probably did more good with the money  than :-

  • The NHS IT system fiasco launched in 2002  wasted £9.8 billion (probably nearer £12 billion) of tax payers money.
  • The tax payer funded subsidy for MP’s food and drink in Parliament costs us £6 million each year yet MP’s earn more than £67,000 a year, with a substantial allowance and pension package on top. Why must taxpayers (averaging just £22,000 a year) subsidise their wine, beer and food? (source – the4thagenda.co.uk)

Trident, Id cards and the selling of our gold, at an historically low price, add to up to a grand total of another £100 billion.

£46 million to help a lot of kids? Money well spent!

help

Help is for Heroes

If the armed services recruits a soldier, and then sends him/her into a dangerous war zone, then it is the Government’s responsibility to look after that soldier. To try to keep that soldier safe, by giving him all the protection that modern armour and vehicles can provide. In the Iraq war and Afghanistan this clearly wasn’t the case. There were numerous reports of severe shortage of equipment (and in some cases, food) for our brave boys and girls on the front line.

So – the soldier suffers horrendous injuries. Limbs are lost, flesh is burnt. It then becomes the Governments DUTY to look after their employee, in the best way possible. A failure to do so is a gross dereliction of that DUTY. Help is for Heroes, should not need to exist. They are their picking up the work that the Government should be doing.

Tony Blair, War Crimes, Iraq and Nazis

A 91-year-old woman who worked at Auschwitz has been charged with complicity in the murders of at least 260,000 Jews during the second world war, the German news agency DPA has said.

The woman, worked as a telegraph operator.

During the first four years of the Iraq War it is estimated that between 151,000 to over one million Iraqis died as a result of conflict during this time.

If the Chilcot Inquiry determines that the Iraq War was illegal, will it be declared as a War Crime?

If its declared as a War Crime, will the servicemen who helped in the illegal war be subject to similar prosecutions?

Diesel cars: Tax Changes should take place

diesel

With some diesel cars emitting up to 20 times the legal limits on harmful pollutants, is it time to move to a cleaner fuel?

Source: Diesel cars: Is it time to switch to a cleaner fuel? – BBC News

Take a look at the Honda CRV.

Buy a Diesel Honda CRV 1.6 i-DTEC SR 160PS and you will be in band E because the amount of CO2 output is 139 and your NGC rating (Next Green Car) will be 39. How much a year? £130.

Buy a Petrol Honda CRV 2.0 i-VTEC SR 155PS and you will be in band I because the amount of CO2 output is 177 and your NGC rating (Next Green Car) will be 49. How much a year? £225.

Nowhere is there any mention of particulate matter or Nitrous Oxide which belches out of diesel cars. Oxford Street in London is one of the unhealthiest places for a pedestrian to walk, because the levels of both are so high.

Owners of diesel cars ought to be paying far more than owners of Petrol cars

N2O is a greenhouse gas with a large global warming potential (GWP). When compared to carbon dioxide (CO2), N2O has 298 times the ability per molecule of gas to trap heat in the atmosphere.

CyberCrime – Its the Banks that Need to Stop this

banks

Talktalk have had the banking and personal details of millions of customers stolen, and therefore many current and previous customers have been compromised.

Now in the media, customers are being warned what they must do.. watch out for having their identities hijacked.. watch out for emails from people purporting to be TalkTalk, even though TalkTalk will in fact be emailing their customers.

Problems like this have happened before, and will happen again.

For this to be profitable for the criminal, its the next phase that is important. The criminal must now get money from the customers account, and place it into their own. They need the banks to do this, and the banks will.

A woman in Lymington unwittingly gave her debit card details to a ‘I am from Microsoft’ scammer, to pay them £30 to fix her computer remotely. She realised her mistake half an hour after making it, and contacted her bank, cancelled the card, and then visited her bank branch. They said that £450 had been requested from Western Union, but had not yet left her account. Despite knowing the transaction was fraudulent they said THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT! There is a rule in banking that once money is ‘promised’ between banks it must be delivered.

That money left her account, went to another account and probably left that one and went via several jumps to other accounts. At each stage the banking industry has an account through which the money is moving, and attached to each account in the chain is a name and address. What do they do about it.. seemingly nothing. The last place the money ends up must be the perpetrator of the crime, or someone in close partnership.

Lets tackle this crime properly. Follow the money and get it back! Make it impossible for someone to have a bank account which is unverified.

Open Letter To Jeremy

Open Letter To Jeremy Corbyn

Jeremy-Corbyn

Dear Jeremy.

Congratulations on being elected leader of the Labour Party. I really hope you make a difference to our World. For the first time there is an air of optimism in my view of what the future may hold for mankind?.

Fairness.. that’s what its all about.

Is it fair for someone to live in a house with 10 bedrooms, and 4 acres of garden, when others are living in a cardboard box?

Is it fair for someone to spend more on a meal than others earn in a week and then have to resort to handouts from food banks?

Is it fair for a company to make massive profits whilst their employees are having to choose between heating their home or feeding their children, because they cant afford both?

Do we need HS2, when its impossible to get a seat on a train for an hour long trip to work?

Do we need a Nuclear Deterrent, when the use of it will succeed in destroying the planet?

Is it right for Students leave university with a £30,000 debt, with no hope of ever finding employment in the field they have chosen?

Is their any way that we can prevent houses from being bought as investments instead of being somewhere to live?

Why are there children leaving school at 18 with insufficient literacy skills to enable them to get decent employment?

Please do your best. Please try to make this place a fairer place to live. Please stop these Public Schoolboys from keeping the system running,  in no other way than to benefit each other.

Thoughtcrime – Another Victim guilty of Crimethink

SKY NEWS – 08/07/2015

A teenager has been jailed for plotting to join militants in Syria after a court heard he searched the internet for 10 Reasons To Join Islamic State and How To Travel To Syria These Days.

British-born Syed Choudhury, who last month pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to preparing acts of terrorism, was sentenced to three years and four months.

The 19-year-old’s online searches also included Turkey Travel and Jihadist Highway, while on Twitter he asked for advice on how to join IS in Syria.

He also downloaded extremist material including the image of Jihadi John before he beheaded a Western hostage.

So – what has he done. A few Google searches, and downloaded a video. Here we go. The descent into complete surveillance society where citizens are punished for their views is upon us.

Wikipedia says:-

A thoughtcrime is an occurrence or instance of controversial or socially unacceptable thoughts. The term was popularized in the dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell, wherein thoughtcrime is the criminal act of holding unspoken beliefs or doubts that oppose or question the ruling party. In the book, the government attempts to control not only the speech and actions, but also the thoughts of its subjects. To entertain unacceptable thoughts is known as crimethink in Newspeak, the ideologically purified dialect of the party.

BBC News – Full jails told to take in more prisoners – Metropolitan Police given permission to buy water cannon – Sounds like the government will be announcing something unpopular this summer

Jails..

Full jails told to take in more prisoners.  Forty prisons have been told to take in more inmates, although 34 are already full. The Ministry of Justice has ordered dozens of already full jails to take more prisoners because the jail population is increasing faster than expected, it has emerged.

Water Cannon..

Approval has been given for the Metropolitan Police to purchase three water cannon for London. A Home Office spokesman said: “We are keen to ensure that the police have the tools and powers they need to maintain order on our streets.”

Why?

The UK is the world’s six largest economy, yet 1 in 5 of the UK population live below our official poverty line, meaning that they experience life as a daily struggle. (Oxfam)

More people are falling into debt because they cannot afford basic household bills, such as energy, water and council tax, a charity says.

So as the pressure builds up for a population now deep in debt, could it be that the government are expecting things to crack?

Could it be that there is something coming up which could well result in a lot of civil disorder?

BBC News – Iraq crisis: Islamists force 500,000 to flee Mosul

Iraq crisis: Islamists force 500,000 to flee Mosul

"Vital areas" of the city of Mosul have been seized, Iraq’s prime minister said

Haven’t we done well!
In 2003, a coalition led by the U.S. and U.K. invaded Iraq to depose Saddam, in which U.S. President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair accused him of possessing weapons of mass destruction and having ties to al-Qaeda. Saddam’s Ba’ath party was disbanded and elections were held. Following his capture on 13 December 2003, the trial of Saddam took place under the Iraqi interim government. On 5 November 2006, Saddam was convicted of charges related to the 1982 killing of 148 Iraqi Shi’ites and was sentenced to death by hanging. His execution was carried out on 30 December 2006.

120,000 innocent civilians were killed to remove this man.

Now more will die whilst the country enters into civil war.

I know that democracy is a good idea but sometimes it takes a dictator to hold things together. ‘An average of 200 people are killed every month in Iraq as a direct result of the illegal invasion ordered by Bush and Blair,’ said journalist and filmmaker John Pilger.

But wait…
Mosel is very close to the oil fields of the north.
I have a feeling that intervention could well be on the minds of the USA

BBC News – Sexual violence in war: Jolie opens summit in London

BBC News – Sexual violence in war: Jolie opens summit in London.

War is terrible. War is awful. Terrible things happen. Unimaginable things take place. The truth of it is that when young men are given a low life expectancy, and a gun, they will feel as if they can do what they want. The threat of further action being taken for the things that they do during war, will not be in their minds.
They are taught by their leaders that they are dealing with an ENEMY. Leaders like William Hague.
An ENEMY must be defeated.
Property of that ENEMY are part of the spoils of war. It can be treated without respect. It can be abused.
What better way to hurt your ENEMY than to damage his possessions?
In some cultures women are the possessions of men.
Rape is not done by people who necessarily want sex. They want to show how powerful they are.

The best way of stopping sexual violence in war is to stop war. All other attempts will fail.
It would be great to take killing out of war too.
According to William Hague – Rape… wrong! Killing… OK! This is what we will be telling our soldiers.
